Summary Notes

  • If you’re at a true weight loss plateau (2 weeks of tracking accurately & not overeating), then you can either choose to increase low intensity exercise, or decrease calories slightly
  • If you want to increase exercise, try adding one additional day of an exercise class, or walking an additional 1000 steps
  • If your calorie goal is greater than 1500 calories, decrease your target by 100 calories
  • If your calorie goal is less than 1500 calories, decrease your target by 25 calories
