Important Note for Recipe Requests

  • Please submit a maximum of 1 recipe per week.
  • Please submit specific recipes, e.g. “Chicken and grape tomato stir fry” rather than general descriptions “chicken meal”
  • I will add recipe requests that align with the Best Body philosophy under “New” in the Meal Search. Once you submit your recipe request, check back over the next few weeks for it to appear!
  • In the meantime, or if your meal request doesn’t fit with the Best Body philosophy & isn’t added to the system, you can find a similar meal in Best Body as a placeholder, and track what you’re specifically eating in LoseIt.
