How do I sign up for Best Body?

Is Best Body for me? I’m in my 40s-60s, vegetarian, have a medical issue, etc.

Best Body works for women who are committed to taking control of their health. If you have a specific concern, please pass the program by your doctor first. More details on who this program is/ isn’t for, here.

I have a nutrition or mindset related question.

Ask your questions 24/7 in the Facebook group, or in one of our weekly coaching calls.

How can I update, or cancel my membership?

Login, then modify your membership under “Subscriptions”.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds.

Important Notes for Recipe Requests

  1. I will add recipe requests that are unique, and align with the Best Body philosophy under “New” in the Meal Search.
  2. When submitting a request (please submit no more than 1 recipe request / week), be specific with what you’re looking for, e.g. “Chicken and grape tomato stir fry” rather than general descriptions, e.g. “chicken meal”.
  3. In the meantime, if there’s a specific meal you’re looking for that’s not in Best Body’s meal search, just track what you’re eating in LoseIt.
