Jen Byrd is our Lead Mindset Coach. She is a certified life coach (LCS) and holds an advanced weight loss coaching certificate. After decades of yo-yo dieting, Jen lost 30lbs in her 50s through coaching and mindset work.
Focus
Together we’ll work on rewiring negative thought loops, silencing your inner judge, and managing your mind around food and weight. You will receive a follow-up email detailing each of our sessions, including key discoveries and personalized thought models.

Stacy Luckey is a Certified Life and Mindset Coach (LCS) currently studying for an advanced certification as a Functional Nutrition Counselor. Through coaching and mindset work, Stacy has not only been able to lose weight, but also thrive with chronic health conditions such as autoimmune disease, ADHD, Anxiety, and early onset menopause.
Focus
Together we will uncover the thinking that’s been keeping you stuck and help you manage your thoughts around food and your unique body and needs. We will go over your goals and identify your current problem to best create a plan moving forward. You will also receive a follow-up worksheet detailing our session, including key discoveries and personalized thought models.
