By studying nutrition in school (bachelor’s, master’s and PhD – phew!) and coaching hundreds and hundreds of women one-on-one, I’ve been able to develop my signature program that works for the long term. My nutrition mantra is intuitive and practical – listen to your body, eat the foods you love, and incorporate health along the way. I’ve found that knowing yourself, especially when it comes to food and nutrition, is the best way to live your happiest life.
